This activity has long been a cherished tradition in Kaopiz's culture, reflecting the Trade Union Committee and company leadership’s care and concern for the spiritual well-being of their employees.

This June, Kaopiz employees celebrated their birthday celebrations with a variety of flavorful and colorful cakes, lush green potted plants, and heartfelt cards bearing the best wishes for each recipient. Kaopizers highly anticipate monthly birthday celebrations, knowing that the Trade Union Committee has devoted significant effort and care in preparation. Ms. Huong Ly, a Kaopizer celebrating her birthday in the vibrant summer month, joyfully shared. "At the beginning of the month, the Trade Union contacted me to ask about the gifts. They asked about the gift that I wished to receive for my birthday. Alongside the surprise and joy of receiving the gifts, I also felt the care and dedication.
