Running from June 6th to June 27th, the course on "Building Customer Relationships" is nearing its conclusion, offering a wealth of useful information.
Under the direct guidance of Deputy General Director Phung Chi Huong, participants have had the opportunity to acquire valuable knowledge and practice essential skills needed to establish and building customer relationships with customers over the past three weeks. The course went beyond theoretical knowledge, providing many practical lessons through specific examples and scenarios.
