Kaopiz Unveils PM Trainee 2024: Nurturing Future Leaders
Kaopiz's highly anticipated PM Trainee 2024 program has officially commenced, offering promising prospects for aspiring project managers.
The inauguration ceremony, held on March 15th, saw the participation of key figures including Mr. Le Van Hoang, the CEO of Kaopiz, along with the esteemed teaching team consisting of management board members and experienced project managers. Nearly 30 Kaopizers, identified as pivotal talents expected to ascend to PM roles, were also present.
Commitment to Talent Development
During his address at the ceremony, Mr. Le Van Hoang underscored Kaopiz's unwavering commitment to fostering talent development. He emphasized the organization's dedication to providing an enabling environment for employees to nurture and leverage their skills effectively.
The PM Trainee 2024 aims to equip participants with comprehensive knowledge of project management processes while enhancing team cohesion skills. The PM Trainee is an internal training program at Kaopiz aimed at developing a ready-to-go management team for PM positions. With a curriculum compiled by the management board itself and experienced PMs at Kaopiz, participants will undergo training in three stages:
- Theoretical Training: Participants receive a robust grounding in project management fundamentals to prepare them for subsequent stages.
- On-the-Job Training: Practical learning experiences are provided to ensure hands-on skill development.
- Evaluation and Selection: A rigorous assessment process determines the candidates fit to transition into official PM roles within the organization.
