Workshop equips leaders with advanced interview techniques

Seeing the importance of interviews for quality hiring, the Training Department held an Interview Skills Workshop. The workshop was specifically for the Team Leader team, personally conducted by CEO of Kaopiz, Le Van Hoang. It was held on the evening of January 31st.

Drawing upon his experience, Mr. Hoang provided valuable knowledge to the participants. His experience was comprised of interviewing hundreds of candidates over nearly a decade. The candidates ranged from managerial to specialist positions. This experience came from his time spent in leadership and management roles. Additionally, Mr. Hoang provided the participants with the most effective STARS interview methodology.

Ms. MONT (HR Department) was a direct participant in this course. She expressed: "I have conducted several interviews for my team relying solely on instinct or patchy self-taught knowledge. Fortunately, I work at Kaopiz. This is a place that constantly enhances employees' skills through internal classes. Thanks to Mr. Hoang's Interview Skills Workshop, I now understand where I fell short. I will refine the knowledge he imparted. Doing so will help me make future interviews more professionally improved."

It is hoped that each participant will acquire valuable knowledge at the conclusion of the course. This knowledge can be effectively applied in upcoming interview sessions. Applying this knowledge will serve as a foundation for the participants. It will help enhance the quality of interviews they conduct. Additionally, it will increase their effectiveness at sourcing high-quality talent at Kaopiz in the coming time.
