After nearly a month of fierce competition, the VINASA Football Championship 2024 is nearing its end. It has determined the two teams competing in the championship final: Kaopiz FC and CTIN FC.

Their previous best performance was commendable, securing a top 4 spot in the 2023 VINASA, season. Reaching this year's final exceeds past achievements. It promises an unprecedented accomplishment for Kaopiz.

In preparation for the 2024 season, the players of Kaopiz FC have dedicated a year to rigorous training and silent preparation. They have participated in friendly matches and weekly training sessions. These activities have enhanced both individual skills and team coordination. Under the discipline and leadership of captain Nguyen Cong Thanh, Kaopiz FC's efforts are showing results in each match. The team has scored 21 goals in six consecutive victories. They also hold the record for the most goals in a single match of the tournament with a total of eight goals. Additionally, player Nguyen Huy Hoang set a record by scoring four goals in a single match.

Kaopiz FC: Defying Odds to Reach Consecutive Finals

Moreover, Kaopiz is the only team among the top 4 strongest teams in the 2023 tournament (including Inet Domain, LifesUp, USOL, Kaopiz) to reach the Semi-Finals and advance directly to the Finals of the 2024 season.

In the quarterfinal match against Savvycom FC, Minh Quang and Trong Quyet quickly scored two consecutive goals. Savvycom FC managed to score one goal to keep their hopes alive. Despite this, Kaopiz FC scored another goal just before the final whistle, securing a 3-1 victory. This result earned Kaopiz FC a spot in the semi-finals against Nam Viet FC.

In the semi-final showdown, Kaopiz FC surged ahead, consistently creating dangerous opportunities near the opponent's goal. Their persistence paid off when Thanh Tuan scored, giving Kaopiz a 1-0 lead. Despite Nam Viet FC's determined efforts to equalize, luck didn't favor them against Kaopiz FC's focused goalkeeper, Quoc Huy. The match concluded with a 1-0 scoreline, propelling Kaopiz FC to the finals of the VINASA Cup Championship.
