KAOPIZ (Headquarters: Hanoi, Chairman: Trinh Cong Huan) celebrated its 9th anniversary with a series of events held from September 5th to 29th, 2023. This year's anniversary was themed "BEYOND BOUNDARIES," consisting of five stages of internal events.

Established in September 2014 in Hanoi, Vietnam, KAOPIZ is an offshore development company that has been exclusively engaged in system development for the Japanese, Singapore, Canada, Australia market since its inception. In August 2016, we established a branch office, KAOPIZ Co., Ltd., in Tokyo. Over the past nine years, we have continued to grow and currently serve over 130 Japanese companies.

In commemoration of our 9th anniversary, we established a branch office in Danang, Vietnam, in 2023. We remain committed to researching cutting-edge technologies in the IT industry, such as AI integration, DX promotion, and blockchain, to provide the best possible services to our customers.

The theme of our 9th anniversary, "BEYOND BOUNDARIES," signifies fostering the spirit of continuous creativity and innovation among KAOPIZ employees.

To commemorate our 9th anniversary, we organized five internal events:

1. Community Sharing

Since our establishment, KAOPIZ has been committed to volunteering alongside our business activities to create shared value with society. This year, we donated 15 computers to Nam Muoi Minority High School and Middle School in Vietnam, establishing a computer room for the students.

2. Spirit Boost:

Recognizing the significance of the Mid-Autumn Festival in Vietnamese culture as a time for family reunions and well-wishes, we present mooncakes to all employees annually, aligning with our principle of satisfying both customers and employees.

3. Physical Fitness Enhancement:

We hosted the KAOPIZ'S BADMINTON CHAMPIONSHIPS 2023, aiming to improve employees' physical fitness and health while fostering meaningful interactions within the company.

4 Expansion

In preparation for our 9th anniversary, employees collaborated to clean and redecorate workspaces, aiming to enhance and expand a sense of loyalty within the company.

5. Goal Achievement:

On September 29th, we held the 9th-anniversary celebration at our Vietnam headquarters, with offices from Japan and Danang joining online. It was an exciting and enjoyable event, with employees capturing memorable moments at designated photo spots and receiving small gifts from KAOPIZ. Additionally, we combined this celebration with our monthly F5 Time event, distributing sweets to employees.

During the celebration, Mr. Le Van Hoang, CEO of KAOPIZ, delivered a speech reaffirming our commitment to continuous effort, creativity, and innovation to contribute further to the development of society and the IT industry.
