Questions about offshore development

With offshore development, I am worried about price increases due to specification changes, is that okay?

When specifications change, we will ask you to change the price. However, in order to minimize such changes in specifications, we strive to begin development only after determining your company's required specifications, such as by creating a prototype at the beginning of development. By doing this, we strive to avoid incurring additional costs due to changes in specifications.

Can I place an order even if the system specifications are not clearly determined?

Yes, you can solidify the specifications while proceeding with development with a TaaS contract. Depending on the amount of unclear information, expect that Q&A will occur frequently.
At our company, we can proceed with projects either on a Fixed Price contract basis, where we begin development after the customer decides on the required specifications, or on a TaaS basis, where we can perform agile development (Note 2). In the case of the TaaS type, even if all specifications are not determined at the beginning of development, the specifications can be solidified as development progresses.
Once the development of a pull project begins, our project manager will manage the progress and report on the status one by one.
