Kaopiz Begins Construction of a New Classroom Worth Nearly 500 million VND in Lang Son
On the morning of August 1st, Kaopiz officially commenced the construction of a new classroom for the students at Na Thua Primary School, Van An Commune, Chi Lang District, Lang Son Province. This marks another step in Kaopiz’s ongoing journey of community care and sharing.
The groundbreaking ceremony saw the participation of numerous representatives from Kaopiz Holdings, the Chi Lang District People's Committee, the Chi Lang Commune People's Committee, the Chi Lang District Education Department, and Dân Trí Newspaper. Attendees included Mr. Dang Van Hien, Cofounder and Director of Software Center 1; Ms. Lam Thuy Ha, Head of Human Resources; Mr. Trinh Huy Dat, Chairman of the Kaopiz Union; Mr. Nguyen Hung Manh, Vice Chairman of the Chi Lang District People’s Committee; Mr. Doan Van Luyen, Secretary of the Party Committee of Van An Commune; Mr. Linh Van Quy, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Van An Commune People's Committee; Ms. Nguyen Mai Huyen, Member of the District Party Committee and Head of the Chi Lang District Education Department; and Ms. Nong Thi Ha, Party Secretary and Principal of the school.
In his speech, Mr. Dang Van Hien, representing Kaopiz, emphasized that "people are the most valuable asset." He stated that Kaopiz prioritizes and pays special attention to education, especially for the younger generation. Mr. Hien noted that they are the future pillars of the country.
“Recently, through the Kindness Fund of Dan tri Newspaper and an on-site survey, we learned about Na Thua Primary School's condition. Two classrooms in Van An Commune were severely degraded. With contributions from Kaopiz Holding’s employees, we have donated 400 million VND for new classrooms. Contributions from Dan tri readers have further supported the project. We hope this creates a safe learning environment for Na Thua's children,” Mr. Hien shared.

At the ceremony, local government representatives expressed gratitude for Kaopiz's kindness towards Na Thua School's students. Mr. Nguyen Hung Manh, Vice Chairman of the Chi Lang District People’s Committee, spoke of his appreciation for Kaopiz’s generosity. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Toan, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Dan tri Newspaper, also thanked Kaopiz for their leadership and support.
They expressed confidence that Kaopiz’s classrooms would provide students a strong foundation for learning and growth. The project, themed "Unleash the Future," is one of Kaopiz's largest charitable initiatives. Additionally, this project celebrates Kaopiz’s 10th anniversary and supports students at Na Thua.
Kaopiz’s leadership and staff donated 400 million VND to construct two classrooms, covering 130 square meters. The classrooms are expected to be completed by September.
“In our 10-year journey of establishment and development, Kaopiz has participated in many different charitable projects, but this is the largest in scale, with a total sponsorship value of over 400 million VND. This affirms Kaopiz’s efforts to demonstrate corporate social responsibility, especially in the field of education and training for the younger generation, who are the future pillars of the country,” said Ms. Lam Thuy Ha.
