During the handover, Mr. Hien shared:

We hope to spread the spirit of compassion and support to the wider community, and help ease the difficulties faced by those impacted as swiftly and meaningfully as possible.”

Ms. Phan Thu Thuy — Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Lao Dong Newspaper and Permanent Deputy Director of the Fund — expressed sincere appreciation for Kaopiz’s timely support. She affirmed that all donations will be allocated promptly, transparently, and directly to families in need across the affected regions.

CSR Typhoon Donation 2025: Standing With Communities in Times of Crisis

Over the past 2.5 months alone, Vietnam has endured nine consecutive storms, including five that made devastating landfall. Typhoons No. 10 and 11 triggered historic flooding, causing severe loss of life, property damage, and long-term economic impact.

According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, natural disasters since the beginning of the year have resulted in:

• 238 deaths and missing persons

• 367 injured

• 258,000+ homes damaged

• 555,000+ hectares of crops submerged or destroyed

In such challenging times, unity and support are more crucial than ever.
