On September 23, 2025, at the Kaopiz headquarters, CEO Mr. Le Van Hoang officially appointed Mr. Nguyen Cong Thanh as the first Director of Kaopiz Global.

In his new role, Mr. Thanh will lead international business operations, drive global strategy, and represent Kaopiz in overseas markets. A Leader with Proven Experience and Outstanding Achievements

After graduating from Kyushu University (Japan), Mr. Thanh joined Kaopiz and has contributed significantly to the company’s growth for more than six years.

From 2020–2025, he was Vice Director of Kaopiz Solutions. He helped shape our business foundation and innovation culture as a founding member.

During his tenure, he led teams in proposing and delivering transformative solutions to clients. Most notably:

• He spearheaded the development of Kaopiz OCR, which earned prestigious recognition, including the Make in Vietnam Award.

• Under his leadership, Kaopiz Solutions achieved annual growth exceeding 150%, marking one of the most remarkable growth periods in the group’s history.

As a result, Mr. Thanh’s deep expertise, global exposure, and strong leadership capabilities make him the ideal person to drive Kaopiz Global in this important new chapter.
