Questions regarding how to proceed with the project
The development model can be selected depending on the purpose and situation of the system. We can handle both waterfall and agile methods.
If the definition of deliverables and delivery dates are clear, waterfall development is often used. Otherwise, we will discuss the situation with you and make a decision.
QA, like PG, needs to understand the specifications and background in order to conduct accurate evaluations, so the sooner you can get involved, the better. Even if there is no deliverable yet, we will design the test while having Q&A. However, if we need to keep costs as low as possible, we will adjust the timing of the QA team's participation a little later. Please feel free to contact us for details.
At our company, we use a variety of methods to check progress, including task management tools, regular meetings, and daily reports. The project manager will manage the progress and report the status to the customer on a regular basis. We will discuss and agree on the optimal method with the customer, but basically we will use task management tools (Redmine, Backlog, Jira, etc.), Q&A management tools, and video conference tools to closely communicate with the customer and our development team. By communicating with you, we will strive to allow our customers to understand the progress in real time.
After system development is complete, we will, in principle, enter the maintenance phase, where we will provide bug fixes and operational support for a certain period of time. Additionally, if there is ongoing development of additional functions or modifications, we can handle this through a separate maintenance contract.
