Questions regarding offshore contracts

Could you please tell me the process of signing a contract?

Before and after the quotation, we will conclude a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and basic contract (contract contract or lab contract) with your company, and when the order is finalized, we will create an individual contract (purchase order).

Which is better: a Fixed Prices or a TaaS contract?

It depends on the situation, but if the requirements such as the delivery date and specifications of the system being developed are clearly defined, a Fixed Price contract will often be concluded. On the other hand, we recommend a TaaS contract for customers who are about to finalize the system requirements definition, and for customers who have a stable amount of work and want to continuously reduce costs by building an offshore development business over the medium to long term.
