Kaopiz Donates Nearly 200 Million VND in Computers and Gifts to Students in Mountainous Areas
To celebrate the beginning of the 2025–2026 school year, we at Kaopiz continued our annual educational CSR initiative “Trao Tri Thuc – Sharing Knowledge” by donating 20 desktop computers and 200 gift sets to students at two schools in the disadvantaged mountainous regions of Thanh Hoa and Da Nang. The total value of the PC donation in Vietnam was nearly 200 million VND, representing the shared goodwill of our entire Kaopiz team.
The donation was presented at:
- Chi Linh Primary & Secondary School – Linh Son, Thanh Hoa
- Phuoc Chanh Primary School – Phuoc Chanh, Da Nang
This effort reflects our commitment to supporting equal learning opportunities, digital access, and community development in underserved regions.
A Journey to Bring the First Computer Lab to the Central Highlands of Da Nang
Located in an extremely disadvantaged mountainous commune, Phuong Chanh Primary School serves a community where almost all residents are from the Gié Triêng ethnic group, with livelihoods largely dependent on farming.

Principal Nguyen Vinh shared the challenges faced by local families:
“Life here is still very difficult. Many parents cannot fully support their children’s studies. Most teachers come from the lowlands, and they themselves face challenges in daily living and accommodation.”
For the 2025 school year, the school has 481 students, nearly all of whom are Gié Triêng children. While they receive government support for study and boarding costs—ranging from 150,000 to 936,000 VND per month—community contributions remain essential to improving learning conditions.
Responding to a call from Dan Tri Newspaper, we donated 10 desktop computers and 100 gift sets to the school.
A Small Gift With Deep Meaning for the Community
Representing Kaopiz at the ceremony, Nguyen Trong Giap, Director of Kaopiz Da Nang, expressed:
“This donation represents the collective effort of many colleagues at Kaopiz. Even though not everyone could be here today, they all wanted to contribute to supporting the community. It reflects the spirit we always pursue—not only striving for economic success but also embracing social responsibility and meaningful values for society.”

He emphasized that these computers are more than equipment:
“We hope these tools will help students study better, nurture their dreams, and one day become talents who give back to their communities. Each computer is a small stepping stone toward a more modern and accessible learning journey.”
Members of our Da Nang office also participated in installing the computers, ensuring the school’s new computer room was fully operational for the new academic year.
Expanding Digital Access for Students in Mountainous Thanh Hoa
At Chi Linh Primary & Secondary School in Thanh Hoa, our CEO Le Van Hoang personally attended the ceremony and shared the meaningful inspiration behind the “Trao Tri Thuc” initiative:
“One of Kaopiz’s greatest missions is to create value for the community and for future generations. Over the past three years, through our ‘Trao Tri Thuc’ journey, we have built computer rooms and donated gifts to students in provinces such as Yen Bai, Lang Son, and now Thanh Hoa.
At some schools, students touched a computer keyboard for the first time in their lives. Their excitement has become our motivation to continue. These computers may seem small, but they can open a door to a brighter future.”

The school currently has 170 secondary students and nearly 100 primary students, all of whom are ethnic Thai children. Although the school had a small number of computers provided through national programs, the high number of students meant limited access, with children having to rotate and wait to use the machines.
To help address this gap, we donated 10 desktop computers and 100 gift sets—a contribution we hope will make digital learning more accessible and equitable.
Through this PC donation in Vietnam journey, our team also assisted in setting up the computer room. We ensure that the new facilities will be ready for immediate use.
Sustainable Development Rooted in Social Responsibility
The 2025 “Trao Tri Thuc” journey left a deep emotional impact on both our team and the teachers and students at the two schools. For students, the new computers and gifts brought excitement, motivation, and hope. For us, the warm welcome and joyful smiles reaffirmed our belief in the importance of community-driven efforts.

We believe that every computer we donate becomes a meaningful tool. It helps children approach digital knowledge, develop essential skills, and access equal learning opportunities. These efforts embody our commitment to building a compassionate, progressive, and sustainable society.
As we continue expanding our technological capabilities and global presence, we remain committed to contributing positively, like PC donation in Vietnam, to the communities around us. We will keep spreading impactful initiatives that support education, encourage digital literacy, and inspire future generations.
