Client Background
The client sought to modernize golf course operations by digitizing the check-in process. Their goals included reducing wait times, simplifying reception procedures, and introducing secure, contactless authentication through facial recognition.
Challenge
Manual reception processes caused delays and inconvenience for users. The client required a fast, secure, and user-friendly check-in system integrated with an external facial recognition service (Tiger Eye), while also preventing unauthorized access.
Our Solutions
Kaopiz designed and implemented a seamless FaceID-based check-in flow integrated with the Tiger Eye facial recognition system. We built a secure authentication process, developed a clean and intuitive UI, and included a gate selection feature to enhance user flexibility. The system centralized user registration and significantly reduced operational workload.
